A highly respected entrepreneur with a reputation for exceptional brand and product creation, Dominique Schurman has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of the greeting card and personal expression industry, including product and brand development, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. The PAPYRUS brand she created gained worldwide renown through the curated, thoughtful, high quality, and innovative greeting cards, wrapping papers, stationery, and gift products.
Dominique’s life experience, growing up as a first-generation American while being strongly influenced by the European heritage of her parents, has provided her with a unique perspective. As a young woman, Dominique lived abroad and traveled extensively. This, coupled with her background in English literature and her love of the written word, has inspired her to spend her professional life finding a path to enable people to enjoy personal and meaningful communication through greeting cards. Her greeting cards and personal expression products are unique, differentiated, and extraordinary.
